Lions 105EA weekly News 4th February 2018

2018 Convention – Stop Press
Rooms

The Latest position is that as promised, the reserved rooms were released on February 1.  However there are still some rooms available but, I’m told, they are going fast. So if you are planning to come, and want a room, contact one of the two people at the bottom of this piece.
Saturday Business Meeting
Individuals or clubs who are planning to attend the business meeting must book in advance to ensure that they have; a seat, a pack and their Convention booklet.  It would help a lot if those who want the set lunch could tell us, so we can agree numbers. If you want to vote at the meeting you MUST, separately, contact Lion David Pope (secretary@lions105ea.com) and register to do so BEFORE the 1st of March, your club secretary should have the documentation, if not, contact Lion David on the above email address.
