WROXHAM & HOVETON LIONS CLUB cordially invite you to their 42nd Charter Lunch on Sunday 21st January 2018 at  The Old Rectory Hotel, Crostwick Lane, Crostwick, Norwich. NR12 7BG. 12.30 for 1pm.
Please choose from the following menu by completing the form here return it to  PDG Denis Moxon,133 Norwich Road, Wroxham, Norwich. NR12 8RY by January 4th. The cost of the meal is £26 per person.

Menu
Starters:
A.  Homemade Tomato & Roast Pepper Soup with hot crusty bread
B.  Ocean Prawns on a bed of salad leaves, with a sweet and sour dip
C.  Crispy vegetable spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip
Main Course:
D.  Roast Topside of Beef and Yorkshire puddings
E.  Roast Pork with bacon wrapped sausage, sage and onion stuffing and homemade apple sauce
F.  Grilled Salmon fillet served with a creamy hollandaise and topped with lemon
G.  Vegetarian option on request
All above served with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes
Dessert:
H.  Homemade white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake.
J.   Berry triffle, muffin sponge topped with berries, kirsch, custard and whipped cream
K.  Homemade apple pie and custard.
Fresh ground coffee or tea and after dinner mints.

From Great Yarmouth Lions
The Great Yarmouth Lions Club are holding their Annual Horse Racing Night at the Cliff Hotel Gorleston on Sea on Friday 17th November 2017.
Parade Ring 7-30pm first race 8-00pm The tickets are £12-50 each
There is a choice of hot food included :
Vegetable Lasagne – Chicken and Chips – Sausage and Chips (to be chosen on the night)
The competition this year is the best decorated Christmas Jumper.
There is also a raffle.
All proceeds to the Lion President’s chosen charities which are Project 56 (N.A.R.S) and the Great Yarmouth and Gorleston Young Carers.
